A lightweight, rugby influenced shirt that can be utilized as a hot weather range shirt, or a moisture managing base layer under armor. The rugby style collar keeps a weapon sling off the base of neck. It is an outstanding polo replacement for a department’s relaxed uniform or training day standard.

The active cut is athletic and mobile; the material is comfortable and quick to dry. The two envelope pockets on the sleeve accept hook backed patches.

    Expensive but nice.

Really good quality and very nice to wear. Almost has like a football jersey feel to it.

    Customer Service was atrocious.

When I did not receive the correct product I had ordered, customer service repeatedly insisted the fault was mine, even though I had caught them in the very mistake via email correspondence.

The individual who “took care” of me, was repeatedly defensive and made multiple implications that I was incorrect saying the error was not on his end, when it most certainly was.

The individual wasted a week of my time in correspondence to offer me a 25% discount never once offering to fulfill the order that had been wrongfully taken.

This individual has given the impression that 911 Supply does not take ownership over their action. For a retailer that specifies in law enforcement and military equipment they should know their client base a bit better than to accept this as a standard.

I would rather pay duty fees and be treated properly by US partners than give this company any more of my money.
