Our Prepaid Gift Card is only for in-store and over-the-phone purchase. By using our Prepaid Gift Card (also referred as Card), you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and to the fee(s) applicable as stated below.
Activating the card
The Card has no value until it is activated by the cashier at the time of purchase. We recommend that you write down the Card number and keep it in a safe place in the event that the Card is ever lost or stolen. Treat the Card as cash.
The Card is not a credit card, charge card nor debit card. It can only be used at 911Supply store.
Checking your balance
The Card is re-loadable with the minimum starting amount of $25.
You can check your card balance in-store or call us at 403-287-1911 with the Card number appears on the back of the Card. Any remaining balance on the Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except for termination of program. Details below.
If you do not have enough funds on your Card for a transaction amount, we can charge a part of the transaction with the Card and charge the remaining balance with an alternative payment method.
The Card does not expire or decrease in value if unused.
Return policy for purchase with Card
If you wish to return your purchase that is paid with the Card, we require you to present the Card used to make the purchase and original receipt in order to issue a refund. Refund can only be issue back to the Card used to make the purchase, it cannot be redeemed as cash.
If the Card and/or receipt are unavailable, we reserve the right to refuse the request for refund.
Return policy for Card
The Card cannot be returned or cancelled after its first use. If the Card has not been used and you wish to return the Card, you may cancel an unused Card within thirty (30) days from the purchase date, along with the original receipt by mail or in person at 4327A Manhattan Road SE Calgary AB T2G 4B1 Canada. Please provide us with your first and last name, phone number and email address, so we are able to contact you in a timely manner.
Lost or stolen card
Please protect your Card against loss, theft, or unauthorized use by taking all reasonable precautions. If your Card has been lost or stolen or if you have reason to believe that someone has made an unauthorized transaction with your Card or may attempt to use your Card without your permission, notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling 403-287-1911 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All transactions carried out prior to this notification will be considered to be authorized by you. Please provide us your Card’s number, your first and last name, phone number and email address when you report your lost or stolen card. We cannot re-issue a Card if you do not have your Card number. We will cancel the Card and make its remaining balance amounts available to you on a re-issued Card. It may take up to thirty (30) days to process this request.
Card replacement fee of $5.00 may be charged to replace lost, stolen or damaged Card.
Termination of program
We reserve the right to terminate the card program at any time. If we have terminated the program, we will honor the use of remaining cards or if cards can no longer be used, you may surrender the card and redeem the remaining amount on the card for a refund by returning the card by mail or in person to 4327A Manhattan Road SE Calgary AB T2G 4B1 Canada, with your first and last name, phone number and email address. Please note that process may take up to thirty (30) days.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold an order for suspected fraud. We have the right to cancel a card that is mistakenly issued, or issued with incorrect amount or other violation.
