Showroom Sales Associate

As we grow into our newly-developed showroom space, we are looking to add a new Showroom Sales Associate role. We look for people who understand that relationships drive everything we do. We truly believe in being proactive in our approach to customer service; to staying true to our word and, more importantly, we cultivate a team that delivers time and time again.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Matching customer requirements with available product offerings from 911 Supply;
  • Helpful and keen attitude—we’re here to educate our customers about what we have to offer them and how it can help them do their jobs better or more safely;
  • Identifying quarterly goals and taking steps to achieve short- and long-term goals, alongside daily duties;
  • General customer service on new and existing product requirements from agency customers;
  • Helping liaise between customers and in-house staff to facilitate returns, warranty claims, product issues, etc.;

  • Attendance at industry trade shows which includes booth set-up, meeting with customers, meetings after the show, etc.;
  • Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and other news & information relevant to being able to best serve our customers; and
  • Cleaning on the showroom floor as required to maintain an impeccable space: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, spot cleaning, etc.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service;
  • Interest in the type of equipment 911 Supply represents;
  • Basic working knowledge and comfort with firearms. PAL is an asset;
  • Previous experience with technical clothing & footwear (layering systems, waterproofing, etc.);
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks without letting smaller projects slip through the cracks;
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, email;
  • Experience with inventory management software is also a plus.
