    Returns & Exchanges

    RETURN POLICY:
    We take pride in providing our customers with the right equipment and support. Should any items not meet your expectations, please request a return. Eligibility will be reviewed during the request process. We offer a 30 Day Refund or Exchange Program so any items that do not meet your satisfaction can be returned within this time frame.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY RECEIVED ITEMS:
    If you have received a damaged item or the incorrect item in your order, please email sales@911supply.ca with photos of the product/damages as these are handled separately from our RMA process.

    WARRANTY & REPAIRS:
    If a previously purchased item has a manufacturer defect or is need of a repair, please email sales@911supply.ca with photos of the product/damages or visit our Warranty & Repairs Page. Our sales associates will review the issue and reach out within 1-2 business days with the next steps.
