Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in providing our customers with the right equipment and support. Should any items not meet your expectations, please request a return. Eligibility will be reviewed during the request process. We offer a 30 Day Refund or Exchange Program so any items that do not meet your satisfaction can be returned within this time frame.

IN-STORE RETURNS:
All purchases made via phone, email, online or in-store may be returned in-store during business hours with the original purchase receipt. Items brought back to the store are still subject to the return policy criteria. In this case, RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is not required.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY RECEIVED ITEMS:
If you have a received a damaged item or the incorrect item in your order, please email sales@911supply.ca with photos of the product/damages as these are handled separately from our RMA process
