I can see why our CAF uses these boots. A very nice and solid soul that can take a beating. The boot is light. Extremely comfortable. The inside is sharp at first when you put your foot in. Don't let this fool you. Wait 1 hour. Your boot will be molded to your feet. This is the only boot I have ever purchased that did NOT need breaking in. Shocking they are so sturdy. Made with high quality rubber and carbon fiber. The orthopedic lite souls give me comfort walking over 30km in 7 hours. I have used them for almost a month. The entire boot is reinforced all the way around. No sharp objects at low speeds are getting through. My only complaint, is that I hope Salomon continues to improve their non-slip grip. If you have ever used the Salomon Guardians. This boot has better non-slip qualities for sure. Everyone should own these boots. I LIVE BY SALOMON💪🏻🍁🇨🇦🪖
