    Follow up from previous review

    This is a follow up from my previous review as I was unable to edit it. After another follow up email I received a response from the company and due to a technical error my initial emails weren't received or slipped through the cracks. I'm giving a five here to make up for my previous one star review as it no longer applies. I wouldn't give the gloves five stars as they arrived with a defect however I would give their service five stars. Once i got ahold of a representative of 911 Supply service was prompt and efficient. I will definitely deal with 911 Supply again.

    HWI Combat Glove

    The knuckle padding doesn’t cover the knuckles even you make a fist which makes it pointless. And the thumbs are designed for ET. I could cut an inch off the thumb and it would still fully cover the digit.

    The idea is great but lacks execution. I don’t think they talked to anyone who actually uses gloves everyday.
