    Attended the store hoping to get a physical gift card but was advised that wasn't possible?. So I had to go the online route and everything processed with no issues. 👍

    Disappointing experience

    Certainly, here's the revised message with the additional information:

    "Upon placing an order for a bag and knife using this gift card, I was later informed of an inadvertent error, which resulted in my selected items being sold to another customer. As a resolution, I was given a full refund, which I found acceptable, enabling me to seek alternatives elsewhere. However, the entire ordeal was highly inconvenient and the brief acknowledgment of the mix-up as the only explanation provided added to the disappointment of the experience."
