    Downhill Freefall

Some outdoorsman people wanted the knee guard for ranger free fall technique and method for the mountain rugged terrain : Use tip toe, outer leg column, body rotation, outer arm column, chin to anchor the ground, forearm column, shoulder bone joint and wrist bone to lift upper body, elbow, low to mid back including upper back for slam impact to protect the front ribcage fracture. Do not suggest this if your spine is not bone corrected/bone aligned to heal because the spine will not hold your body upright in the mountains this means the death risk is guaranteed since the spine bone column will fracture for having the incorrect posture.

I assume this knee guard slides since the leg angle column starts inches above the knee cap and inches below the knee cap are the anchor slamming point to avoid the middle spot kneecap directly from dislocating.

You need sentinel, tomb guard and old guard load bearing calmness and the EIB rifle arm posture since the handle palm of hand is to your chest over the heart area, this arm position helps prepare to brace your neck and head for body rotation to slam impact on one side column of your body downhill. Do not slam body flat to the ground during such impact, the hand is placed in the middle with elbows in and palm of hand to your chin to give it a few inch gap off the ground so your head can avoid concussion injuries.

Body can take body slam impact it is just the energy point exits from the head, arm and feet so those are the common area where body will flare or shake meaning for example the boot you wore will fly off of your feet.

Lower body : In a sitting swat position with knee bend the hip thrust forward from flat foot to tip toe to get the hips to tip angle over the front column of your foot to allow sliding downhill, then you can use forearm, elbow or shoulder slam to brake before chin anchoring to get up. The few inch lower leg column from the knee cap is the anchor point to let the lower body slide down, it is not the middle part of kneecap this is to prevent knee dislocations. If you have a hard time chin anchoring to get up since head is facing downhill and feet is uphill position, first you need to flip your body over with forearm to face the sky then you need upper body strength to lift the entire upper body to get back uphill with feet and hand. Use your chin to anchor and your eyes to see if downhill or uphill is safer before deciding which direction to get back up to standing position. This is all vertical soft body slam if you cannot seem to slide the hip and feet over to slide downhill. Going horizontal downhill tumbles your body no way to brake your way down reason why death happens.

It is normal to slide than for the body to launch, skip, tumble or jump off the ground to your death if you miscalculate where to land downhill. This for rugged terrain slip and fall risk uncontrolled environment so the timing cannot be known when to brace at all times it is just the body will land and you hope for the best during mountain field with no ranger rappel tower rope it is pure freefall and correct body landing for solo trips no buddy no team.

No this knee cap guard does NOT WORK at all, the strap makes the entire lower body leg column restricted tight to have wider range of motion. This kneecap guard is only for climbing uphill not downhill sliding.

I had Operator specific and specialization tailored and custom training by a coach, I tested it in snow and slippery ice terrain took 6 body launch slam downhill within 20 feet all fine to know my information is correct answer on how to go about this downhill freefall. Usually a person can take on 30 body slams to navigate downhill as back switch shortcut instead of taking the long way trail around but this one also prevents death at the same time if have no control over slipping. You guys are assholes, why do you think the old guard operator helicopter ground to air coordination exists. This is based on authentic military lineage ceremonial tradition, customs and heritage along with the mastery level of technique and method that was passed down generational so these kind of information is not restricted. The authenticity came from a commanders tone of voice being distinctive is one of the pieces why the lineages should be tied together than to separate them is for guard supposes at a deeper level than surface level synthetic.

    Good, but…

These knee pads will work for most tactical applications. They are comfortable and go on easy. However, due to their shape they might roll around on your knees if you are moving a bit. I found I had to readjust them frequently to provide optimum knee protection.
