    The boot worn by the world's leading public safety personnel, the 5.11® A.T.A.C., just got promoted. It's lighter and more comfortable, yet maintains its reputation for toughness and durability. A new air flow tongue and full-length dual durometer Ortholite® footbed work to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable all day, every day. Another new feature, the Achilles heel flex zone, gives a critical part of your foot more range of motion without compromising support. The full-grain leather toe, 840D nylon upper and shock mitigation system provide the kind of rugged protection you need; while the knife pocket keeps an important ally within reach.

    3rd pair of this version

    I've been wearing these boots since 2018, and I don't think I'll ever buy another brand. So comfy, minimal break in required and last ages. I do seem to blow out the inside heel area around the 1.5 year mark. A bit of duct tape gets many more months use before buying a new pair.

    Great boots

    This is the third pair of atacs I have owned and they are great. Worn everyday in all conditions feet stay warm and dry and most of the time forget they're even on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, durable, long lasting boot.
