911 SUPPLY: AUTHORIZED RESELLER & TRANSACTION POLICY
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
At 911 Supply, we are committed to providing fair access to our products while honoring the requirements of our manufacturer partners. Some brands have strict purchasing guidelines that we are required to follow. The policies below help ensure products remain available to legitimate end users and comply with our authorized dealer agreements.
1. Personal Use & Reselling
Products purchased through 911 Supply retail channels are intended for personal use by the end user and may not be purchased for resale.
To help protect product availability, we may review purchasing activity for patterns commonly associated with reselling, including (but not limited to):
- Purchasing multiple quantities of the same product
- Purchasing identical products in multiple sizes
- Repeated high-volume purchases of restricted brands
If purchasing activity indicates commercial resale, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to certain brands, including but not limited to Arc'teryx, for the remainder of the current calendar year.
2. Bulk Purchases, Team Orders & Annual Arc'teryx Purchase Limits
Our retail website and stores are intended for individual consumer purchases. Bulk orders, team purchases, and institutional procurement are handled separately through our Government Sales division.
Annual Arc'teryx Purchase Limit
To comply with manufacturer requirements, individual customers are limited to$8,000 CAD in Arc'teryx purchases per calendar year.
Standard Customers
Once an individual account reaches the annual purchase limit, additional Arc'teryx purchases may be declined for the remainder of the calendar year.
OATH Members
OATH members may continue purchasing Arc'teryx after reaching the annual limit; however, OATH discounts are no longer available once the $8,000 annual threshold has been exceeded. Requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Team & Bulk Purchases
Orders containing multiple quantities or multiple sizes of the same product may be identified as team or organizational purchases.

Verified Canadian government agencies are exempt from standard retail bulk purchase restrictions.
3. Restricted Products (LEAF, OATH, Multicam & GORE-TEX®)
Certain products are available only to qualified customers in accordance with manufacturer policies.
These restrictions may apply to:
- Arc'teryx Pro MISSION products
- OATH-exclusive products
- Select GORE-TEX® products
- Multicam colourways
- Tactical assault shirts and pants
Eligible customers may be required to provide valid government, military, or law enforcement identification before an order can be fulfilled. Identification must be current and valid at the time of purchase.

4. Freight Forwarding
To comply with manufacturer distribution agreements, 911 Supply does not ship orders to freight forwarding or package forwarding services.
Orders using a freight forwarding address may be cancelled.
If an order is cancelled for this reason, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within approximately 7 business days.
5. High-Value Online Orders
For security and fraud prevention, online orders over$2,500 CAD must be paid using PayPal.
Orders exceeding this amount that are placed using a standard credit card may be cancelled.
If your order is cancelled for this reason, you are welcome to place a new order using PayPal at checkout.
6. Order Cancellations & Refunds
If an order is cancelled under this policy, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation.
Refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days before appearing on your statement.
