Return & Exchange - Online vs In-store/Email

 1) For orders placed Online - Click on the button below to obtain an RMA#.  We will ask for your Email and Order#.  Once approved, shipping instructions will appear in the confirmation email. 

          

    2) For Orders placed by Phone, Email or instore - Provide Name, Phone Number, Invoice Number and details of your return.  

          

    If Order# or Invoice# is not available or not able to be located contact us to obtain an RMA# by email at sales@911supply.ca . Email contact is preferred for tracking purposes.    

    Once your RMA is approved please send your return within two weeks to ensure that the approval remains valid and does not expire.
