Comes loose for no reason

There is something wrong with the design of the holder. My original holder had the same problem and I figured it was a one off, but within an hour of wearing the new holder, the retention screw had worked itself loose to where the entire thing rotated freely. I did manage to hand tighten the screw and it was okay for another 15 minutes, but then the whole thing released, dropping the case and the shears to the ground. I managed to get everything back home and with a drop of thread lock the holder is secure, and it is finally a good holder. If you do this from the start, I would recommend it, but it should never have been produced without it.
