    Description

    With a straight forward, user friendly and highly intuitive design the Single Pistol KYWI mag pouch is like no other. Utilizing a hybrid kydex and nylon design, you get all the rigidity you would expect from a kydex pouch and the lack of noise you want from a nylon pouch. These pouches feature ESSTAC's kydex wedge insert (KYWI) that provide the needed retention to secure your magazines without the need for bungee cord for rapid mag changes.

    Shipped very fast, and good quality pouches. At first I found the kydex inserts to be VERY stiff, but after keeping a mag in each for a short while they loosened up nicely. Good purchase, and I'll definitely look at ordering more in the future.

    Simple but effective

    Saw Garand Thumb discuss theses once, and I needed an mag without a flap cover. These are simple but seem to be right for my circumstances. while the retention seems adjustable, i think it's good from the factory the way it is. Tight enough to hold the mag in place, even bouncing while inverted but not so tight it's difficult to access and index.

    Good retention

    Ordered these to replace High Speed Gear pistol pouches for glock mags. These have much better retention and are cheaper. Highly recommend
