This pouch is designed for total adaptability with the Flex-HT™ Mounting System featuring ½ stacked webbing on the back for mounting versatility and flexible ¾ waterproof TPU-coated straps for easy weaving to all platforms. This pouch is designed to give you a few less things to worry about. Pouch can also be attached to our plate carriers with a hidden hook and loop attachment.

This pouch was an easy install on my 5.11 Lima Rush bag that I use for the gym.
I actually thought the sides might be a more firm, not soft, but it still works extremely well for my personal 1st Aid gear and flashlight.

5.11 has been a great brand for my MOLLE setups. 911 carries what seems to be all of 5.11's lineup, This IFAK is a little small for my needs, but perfect for it's intended use.
I use the Flex Med Pouch as a belt-mounted trauma kit (I am a Level 2 OFA at a busy warehouse). I haven't had to use it in a medical emergency, thankfully, but what I can say is that it carries well & does not unnecessarily get in the way. The dual zippers move very smoothly & do not catch on the pouch lining. The Flex Med Pouch is narrower than the first aid/trauma kit pouches I've used previously but still has enough space to fit a 4" or 6" OLAES modular bandage roll (though it is too narrow for a 4" OLAES bandage in flatpack configuration), 2 pairs of nitrile gloves, and a decent-sized ABD pad. What I really like about this pouch is the built-in tourniquet & shears storage. I used to carry these 2 tools in a separate holster, but now I've reduced my "belt clutter" & keep my entire trauma kit in a single, relatively compact pouch.
