    Christmas 2017 Delivery Notice

    Dear Valued Customers,

    As Christmas draws near, our shipping department will be working hard to ensure all orders placed via, email, phone and online are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  We would like to inform our customers that Canada Post has issued a statement that their Peak Season for holiday deliveries, runs from November 20, 2017- January 5, 2018.  During this time frame, they are unable to guarantee delivery dates but will be working hard to ensure all parcels are delivered as quickly as possible.  As Canada Post is our primary shipment method for orders, we are not able to guarantee orders made between December 12, 2017, and Thursday, December 21, 2017, will be delivered in time to meet any Christmas deadlines. 

    From Dec 12 to Dec 20th, we strongly advise for customers who are in a bit of a rush for Christmas, to select Xpresspost rather than Expedited (ground) shipping.  We also strongly advise that once you receive your tracking number, to monitor it closely for updates on your delivery status, in the event that you do not receive a pickup notice from Canada Post in your mailbox.   We thank you for your continued business and wish all of our customers a Happy Holiday.
