Canada Post has suspended all service guarantees, so we are unable to give you a clear estimate of how long your parcel will take to arrive.
Packages are still moving and reaching their destination, and using your tracking information to check online is your best bet for the most up to date information. Delays of several days or even weeks are not unusual at this time, and because of this we are unable to 'flag' or investigate a package for you.
We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to prior to the delays associated with COVID-19.
